For contractors, landscapers, roofers & HVAC

You can't answer the phone from the top of a ladder. Somebody should.

The Trades Assistant picks up when you can't — nights, weekends and while your crew is on site. It answers, follows up and books the job onto your calendar.

Why the trades

You don't sell technology. You put it to work.

When AI got good enough to answer a phone, most of the tools built on it were made for everybody — which means they fit nobody. A generic chatbot can't tell a spring cleanup from a kitchen remodel.

A landscaper's 7 PM call in spring needs someone to ask about the property, the lot size and when you can get out there. A contractor's late-night inquiry needs someone to check the budget before your estimator drives across town.

That's why the Trades Assistant is set up for each trade: so your phone gets answered, your leads don't go cold, and your customer list keeps working for you all year.

    What's included

    Five pieces that work together.

    • The voice

Answers the phone 24/7 in your business's name, handles after-hours emergencies your way, and lines up site visits.

    • Text & web chat

Same answers across text and your website, so a web form never waits until Monday.

    • Follow-up

Reaches back out to people who didn't book — until they schedule or ask you to stop.

    • The calendar

Sticks to your service area, your crew's capacity and your estimator's availability. No double-booking.

    • Reviews

Asks every customer for a Google review after the job, and flags anyone unhappy to you so you can make it right.

    Hear it in action

    3. Assistant

"I can help with that. I have an opening tomorrow at 9:00 AM or Thursday at 3:30 PM. I'll hold the time and text you the arrival window so you know when to expect the crew."

The Trades Assistant catches the call. The Business Builder holds onto what comes next — the follow-up, the jobs, the referrals and the customers who'll call again next season.

    Questions & answers

    What trades owners usually ask.

Does it tell callers it's a virtual assistant?

Yes. The Trades Assistant introduces itself as a virtual assistant at the start of every call and chat, before it answers questions or books anything.

    Is it voice only?

No. Besides answering the phone, it can handle text messages and email, using a dedicated phone number for your business.

What happens on an emergency or a complicated job?

You set the rules. If someone calls about a burst pipe, a bad roof leak or anything unsafe, the Trades Assistant sends the call straight to you or texts whoever is on call, right then.

Do I have to change how my office runs?

No. The Trades Assistant sits in front of what you already do. It answers, asks the right questions and books, then hands the details to you or your office the way a good receptionist would.

Will it know my service area and pricing rules?

Yes. When we set it up, we load your service area, minimums, estimating rules and hours, so it only books what you actually want to take on.

How soon can it be answering?

Most front offices are up and answering within a day of receiving your website and any other documents you provide for training. Phone and text take longer because they have to be approved, which can take up to 10 days.

    What does it cost?

The Trades Assistant is $197 a month with setup included. See pricing
